What are your weak points?

Since I am workaholic, getting into the work and not coming out of the department unless and untill I will finsh that work. Second main important thing is very soon I will react to injustice.

What is more important to you: the money or the work?

Both r the two face of one coin. For me both r important. After all satisfation is must required to do a work , if u will talking about money , a person should not worry about money. If a person perfom well then ultimately then money can flowes.

Confidence is based on Facts and Figures but over confidence is based on speculation.

Hard Working :- Hard Working comprise skills which are accomplished through physical capabilities

Smart Working :- Smart Working requires mental capablities to get the work done

Appreciation
I thnk its one main ingredient for motivation but it should be genuine

What irritates you about co-workers?

nothing is irritates. every people is different and everdy body has negative as well as positive so if u look at things from their angle that would seem more clear and good.

WHY DID YOU LEAVE YOUR LAST JOB?
